All guest rooms are located on the second. There is NO elevator, please pack accordingly.
At the time of booking, your credit card with be charged a nonrefundable $5.00 booking fee. This allows us to ensure a valid credit card. The booking fee will be a credit to the final payment. Payment is due days prior 7 business days before arrival. If canceled within 7 business days before arrival or you are a no show, the full amount of your payment will not be refunded. Payment request goes out 10 days (7 business days) prior to the start of date and is due upon request.
After 2 guests, Extra person charge is $10.00 per day.
Rollaway bed is $10.00 extra per stay.
Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No illegal drugs. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 for cleaning of smoke smell.
Dogs are allowed with a $40.00 fee. Dogs under 70 pounds preferred. Pets should be on lease always, except for playing in our dog park area. Pets are not allowed in common areas, except to walk through to outside. Pet owner accepts full legal and financial responsibly if dog injures owners, other guests, other pets, floors and furniture.
Check-in time is 4:000 pm to 9:00pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available or provide self-check in instructions if arriving after 9:00 pm.
Check out time is 11:00 am.
Free parking and complimentary breakfast are available to all our overnight guests.
No hourly, weekly or monthly rates available
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 plus postage and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Rooms are videoed or photo’d prior to check in and after checkout.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, towels, room decor etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
